Good Afternoon
I visited with Fr Bill and discussed the winter weather expected and the Safety of All Our Members.
We need to Postpone our Annual Meeting one week until Feb 1st.
We also need to cancel our Sunday Service so that we don’t risk any of our Members Safety.
We are looking at 3-6″ and it is scheduled to snow all day Saturday into early Sunday Morning.
Parking lot will not be able to be cleared due to this timetable.
We need to share this information with all means possible; Facebook, online and email.
This was my decision, Wisconsin Fr Bill was willing to travel, but his Safety is extremely important to us too.
